For agencies

Cookiebot bills each client domain separately, counts subdomains as extra domains, and offers no volume discount. Agencies with four or more domains are placed on the €15 per domain Small plan, so twenty client sites cost €300 a month before any of them grows past 350 pages.

Shortbread Agency is €29 a month for your first ten domains, with the byline removed on all of them. Domains 11 to 30 add €1.75 each, 31 to 65 add €1 each, and from 65 domains the bill stops at €99 a month for unlimited domains. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. You pick a domain count at checkout; when you add a client past it, the subscription moves up one domain on the next invoice, prorated, and you never have to come back to the billing page.

Founding offer: the first 100 agencies to subscribe pay €29 a month for any number of domains, for as long as they stay subscribed. The billing page shows whether slots remain.

Every plan includes a traffic allowance: Free 10,000 consent decisions a month, Pro 100,000 a month per domain, Agency 10,000 per euro of the monthly price pooled across your sites (290,000 at €29, 990,000 at €99). A decision is one visitor choosing once, so a site with 100,000 decisions a month has a few hundred thousand page views. Over the allowance the banner keeps working and nothing is blocked; consent records older than 90 days are pruned instead of being kept five years until traffic falls back under the line. You get an email at 80%. Sites that live above the line get a custom price: write to hello@tryshortbread.com.

Workflow

  1. Add each client site. The scanner drafts the declaration and detects the current banner.
  2. If a client is on Cookiebot, the import copies their declaration and turns on consent carry-over.
  3. Give the client the one tag, or paste it yourself.
  4. Verify each site from the dashboard. The weekly report goes to your email.

Referrals

Your referral link gives a client who signs up themselves a free month of Pro, and credits you one too. The bill checker at /switch makes a shareable page per domain; add ?ref=YOURCODE.
